At pre‑seed, three things are still undecided: what the company says, what it builds, and who it reaches first. Most studios take one of them. We take all three, because at this stage they are the same problem.

Marcomms is the claim: positioning, narrative, the fundraise story. Product is the proof: what to build first, and what to leave out. Growth is the reach: the loops that turn early users into the next ones. We build them together, in one room, alongside the founders.

We take on a few companies at a time. We begin before the story is obvious, and we stay until the rest of the world catches up.
